How much does a Counselling session cost
My session fee is £45 per 50 minute session online via Zoom, or in person.
Is Online Counselling as beneficial as face to face?

Are Concessions available?
Yes, for the unemployed and low income, but for online sessions only.
Are fortnightly sessions available?
To be able to get to the heart of the issues and make change happen as quickly as possible, weekly sessions are required.
What times are available?
I offer evening and weekend sessions, as well as Monday daytimes and Saturday mornings. Please get in touch to check what availability I have currently.
What happens in Counselling?
Initial contact me by email or telephone,
Follow up telephone consultation lasting around 15-20 minutes (if required). This is for me to get more background and also for you to decide if I am the Counsellor for you.
Following that, I will send you a short contract that outlines our work together.
We will then arrange our first session. Our session should where possible be at the same day/time every week.
Initially we will arrange an introductory 6 sessions, after which we will do a review to see if you feel you require ongoing therapy, and then arrange a further 6 sessions.
How long will I need Counselling for?
That's really up to you, and it depends on what the reason is for having Counselling. We will have reviews at regular intervals, and when you are feeling better about your situation, we will work towards an ending.
