I have been qualified in complementary Therapies since 1998. Since my initial training I have worked in spa's on board cruise liners, in nursing homes, for businesses and within the community and charity organisations.
Complementary Therapies are mainly used for their relaxation properties but there is a large amount of research out there that suggests various promising healing qualities to these treatments.

Relaxing foot massage focusing on treating the whole body via the meridians and pressure points in the feet that respond to certain areas of the body. Though focused on the feet this is a full body treatment and great for relieving stress in the body and tension in the feet.

Focusing on relaxation of the body and mind. This is a massage purely to destress the body and mind and relax and relief tension from the muscles. It is not designed for muscular strains or injuries where you would want to seek a physiotherapist or sports massage therapist.
