REIKI
A form of spiritual healing, Reiki works on the chakras with the aim to increase the flow of positive energy (chi)through and around the body. Reiki is a very personal experience and therefore is better tried than described. I am always fascinated by the feedback I get from Reiki treatments and thoroughly enjoy giving Reiki.During a typical session, you will lie fully clothed on a couch while I lay my hands over the Chakra areas that run through you body. There is limited contact involved in a Reiki treatment and it can be done completely hands off.
I am trained to Reiki 3 standard and I often use crystals as I find that it enhances the treatment.
Reiki will leave you feeling calm, grounded, more focused and a lot lighter.

HOPI EAR CANDLES
The Hopi nation of Native American are renowned for their extensive knowledge of healing and their spiritual lifestyle. The translation of the word Hopi means "peaceful ones".Ear candling is an ancient and natural therapy that can be effective in removing old and troublesome blockages from the ear canal. Though we may think of the ear as isolated it is connected together with the nose and throat.
This therapy is widely used by doctors in Europe and America as an alternative to conventional treatments such as antibiotics, ear syringing and grommets.
The Hopi candle is not a candle as such, but a hollow tube made out of cotton flax or linen, impregnated with extract of honey and herb oils (in particular chamomile, sage and St Johns wort), the healing properties of which have been known to the Hopi tribe for hundreds of years. Candles are still made in the traditional way today.
The treatment involves a candle being lit in each ear individually. The candle acts as a chimney and sucks out impurities from the ear canal. You will experience a feeling of warmth within the ear which is very relaxing.
